Lynda fully oversees all aspects of the business, taking a very hands-on approach that allows her to create valuable connections within the industry and the local community.

In her view, it is her responsibility to ensure a harmonious balance between the requirements of her clients and the well-being of her staff. To achieve this, she relies on the guiding principles of the company's vision, mission, and values, placing particular emphasis on the sustainable growth of the business over time.

She is proud of the workplace culture that she has created and continues to focus on this with the aim of being an employer of choice in the local area.

Emma Customer Success Liaison

Amy is our main point of contact for our dedicated team of Cleaning Service Providers.

She is the first person a new applicant will speak to, and part of her role is to roster initial interviews and subsequent home visits. She also handles the rostering of jobs and daily communications to staff.

Emma is the main point of contact for our wonderful clients.

If a Cleaning Service Provider can’t attend a rostered job due to an issue outside their control, she is the person who will contact the client to reschedule, or where possible, arrange an alternative Cleaning Service Provider for the job. She is the person who will proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and check their level of satisfaction with the services that we are providing.

We also understand that not every pairing of client and Cleaning Service Provider will be a match first time, though we have found that thankfully this is rare. If this is the case, she is the one who will arrange an alternative person to attend to your home for future cleans.
