Customised Cleans

At Peak Home Services we offer a range of cleaning options that are fully tailored to your individual needs and circumstances.

By working together to customise a unique cleaning package, we can ensure that our efforts are focused on the areas of your home that you identify as being the highest priority.

The most common cleaning tasks requested of us include:

We can also offer deeper cleaning which may involve:

  • A more comprehensive level of dusting

  • Changing of bed linen

  • Cleaning of skirting boards and architraves

  • Wiping down windowsills

Of course, if there are any other cleaning tasks you would like us to consider, all you need to do is ask us on our initial home visit, and where possible, we will be happy to work with you to accommodate these.

Frequency of Cleans

We understand that there will be a variety of factors that affect how often you require our cleaning services. These may include cost, the size of your home, and how many people live within the space.

Peak Home Services are able to offer weekly and fortnightly cleaning options, tailored to your specific needs. We can also accommodate monthly cleans by agreement; however, most clients have come to realise that the difference in cost between two x fortnightly cleans and one x monthly clean is negligible, due to the time it takes to clean the build-up of household grime that accumulates over the longer period.

We don't normally service one off, or end of lease cleans. This allows us to focus our attention solely our regular clients whose loyalty and custom we greatly appreciate. It also means we can ensure that our valued staff have a stable roster and a steady income, allowing them to confidently manage their day to day living expenses.

Furthermore, it allows us the flexibility to make the occasional change to a clients’ individual service package if the need arises for them. This is something that is required to be discussed with our Client Happiness Team in advance, and not with your Cleaning Service Provider on the day the alteration is required.

Our aim at Peak Home Services is to make life as simple for our clients as possible. This includes the end-to-end process we follow to organise your clean.

Management of Keys

Many of our clients prefer not to be present while their clean is taking place, believing that it is safer for them to avoid wet floors and other hazards; a notion we fully support. Greater efficiency can also be achieved in an empty home, and this in turn also benefits the client.

In cases such as these, some clients prefer to leave a key in a safe place, or in an onsite key safe; however, a high percentage prefer to give us a key that remains in our safekeeping for access.

So, how do we ensure the safety of your keys when they are in our possession?

We take a different approach to many cleaning businesses, the majority of which place your key on a key tag with your address. Sure, this is the easiest method, but it places you in a vulnerable position should the key ever be lost or stolen.

We use a key coding system to keep your precious asset protected. Each key is tagged with a unique number, and then stored in a locked box. The number on the tag is then recorded against the property address in a secure online log that is password protected. Each time a key is removed from the box or placed back in; it is tracked so we know where each key is at all times.

We have found this system to be incredibly successful whilst providing our clients with the peace of mind they deserve when entrusting us with such an important asset.

Methods of Payment

We aim to make the process of paying for our services as seamless as possible.

We will discuss the varying processes for payments with clients who fall under a scheme with one of our affiliates as these will differ greatly. Some will be fully funded by the external agency, whereas others may need to make a small gap payment if the service is only partially subsidised. This can be covered during our initial phone conversation.

Payments are made either by your nominated service provider, or a method of direct payment from your nominated banking account will be set up.

Pinch Payments is our preferred payment solution for direct payments. This allows a reimbursement to be made from either a nominated bank account or a credit card, and will be billed on the day of the cleaning services.
